WordNet lets you make a website using Microsoft Word. There is no need to register or create an account, simply click "publish" and your word document becomes a live website with an address www.yourchoice.mswnet.com. If you wish, you can then purchase a ".com" address for your website. WordNet allows you to sell items online using a PayPal account. WordNet is free, however, there is a yearly charge of $95 if you wish to keep your website live on the Internet.
